Portfolio are recruiting a fantastic, brand-new opportunity with our client, an award-winning HR Software provider based in Manchester. The business provides people solutions to over 50,000 clients worldwide.

Our client is looking for a new Head of Sales Training to join the business and drive sales performance through designing and delivering ongoing training and development across all aspects of the sales funnel.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in high-energy sales environments, especially within B2B call centers, to enhance an already successful business by creating and implementing exceptional training programs to boost sales performance and productivity.

The Head Of Sales Training Will Be Responsible For
  • Collaborating with Sales Management, Quality, and Compliance teams to design and deliver sales induction training for new recruits, ensuring they meet targets.
  • Developing and executing ongoing coaching and training schedules to maintain a world-class sales team.
  • Identifying individual training needs and communicating effectively with management to enhance performance.
  • Providing training on Salesforce and other relevant tools, staying updated with developments and implementing them across the department.
  • Working with Sales Managers to update training materials aligned with business needs.
  • Ensuring all training meets professional standards and enables salespeople to achieve targets.
  • Monitoring and reviewing training effectiveness through feedback and performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and reviewing them regularly with management.
  • Communicating training needs and feedback to relevant managers and departments.
