Job Description Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager based at our commercial office in West Drayton, London. This role acts as a business partner to the LEAP Services operating team, contributing to the financial performance of our services portfolio and overseeing profitability on select customer agreements. The position will serve as the PL finance lead in the Europe region, owning various product line initiatives, and managing all financial aspects of contract execution, restructuring, and margin reviews.

Responsibilities
- Functional owner for LEAP services commercial and operational initiatives
- Partner with regional teams as the PL finance lead for Europe contracts
- Provide financial leadership for specific channel activities (e.g., external, T&M, CSA)
- Lead financial aspects of critical projects to meet business commitments
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance key initiatives
- Financial leadership for LEAP customer agreements
- Work with sales and operational teams to develop long-term financial models for negotiations
- Identify and analyze potential contract restructuring actions with cross-functional teams
- Manage Op Plan budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly estimates in collaboration with operations
- Contract Margin Review support
- Conduct Contract Margin Reviews for existing contracts
- Prepare profitability analyses and variance reports
- Coordinate execution and issue resolution of CMR pacing
- Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to standard work practices for LEAP Services finance
- Support initiatives for CMR, productivity, and PL FP&A improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited university
