Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future.

We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.

Mobile networks - We keep the country connected through survey, design, installation, and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying new sites for telecommunication equipment installation, including Greenfield masts, rooftops, and street furniture.
• Consulting with clients to determine network requirements.
• Obtaining aerial panoramic photographs from identified sites.
• Preparing search reports with site-specific information.
• Negotiating terms such as agreements, rent, and review provisions.
• Submitting planning applications and negotiating with planning officers.
• Preparing lease agreements and conducting site valuations.
• Liaising with clients and landlord solicitors.

What you'll bring?

• Experience in managing customer relationships and expectations.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade at all levels.
• Excellent knowledge of site acquisition within telecom environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ownership of a site portfolio from start to legal completion and handover.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Access.
