We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Technician to join our team at Chesham Sewage Treatment Works. HP5 1TH. You will be working on various sites in the Colne North area.
As the successful candidate, you will ensure that all equipment at our sewage treatment works is running safely and efficiently using proactive and reactive maintenance methods. You will inspect, maintain, fault diagnose, test, install, modify, or repair electrical and mechanical plant equipment.
Working within the maintenance team, you will follow robust planned maintenance, get involved in minor installation projects, electrical fault finding, and emergency breakdown repairs to ensure our plant operates all year round.
Base Location: Chesham - HP5 1TH
Working Pattern: 38 Hours, Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 3:36 pm, plus standby & overtime opportunities, increasing earning potential by £8,000-£10,000.
All PPE, tools, van, and fuel card are provided.
