Who are we?
Within the @one Alliance, we are a collaborative organization comprising eight partner companies (Anglian Water, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO) and our extended supply chain. We deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment program.

We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to support our efforts in delivering this exciting program.
What will you be doing as our new Lead Mechanical Engineer?
You will provide technical leadership to our mechanical engineering team, focusing on water or water recycling non-infrastructure projects. Your role is to ensure designs comply with legislation and standards, and are optimized for efficiency and sustainability.

A little bit about your skills, experience, and behaviors…
You should hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and have proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the water sector. Strong leadership skills, mentoring experience, and in-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations are essential. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are required.
