Job description

Due to continued growth and recent project wins, an experienced Geotechnical Engineer is sought to join an established engineering consultancy in Redhill. You will join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to work on their growing pipeline of work across the south.

You will assist in managing a growing geotechnical and environmental team, including supporting junior staff in their development. The role requires strong project management experience and the ability to lead projects in areas such as highways, rail, industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, providing high-quality technical input. A thorough understanding of the assessment and detailed design of temporary works, slope stability, foundation and basement design, and ground improvement is essential.

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Have a degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or Earth Sciences
• Be chartered or close to becoming chartered
• Have strong geotechnical design experience in the UK
• Have experience with PLAXIS and Wallap
