A leading ecom-tech company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support globally recognized brands. You will manage key accounts, ensuring high-quality service and engagement. Supporting globally recognised brands across retail, ecommerce, automotive and more, you’ll be the day to day contact and strategic lead for a book of c.18 accounts worth £1mil ARR.
Joining the existing team of 3, you’ll focus on platform usage, performance and critically, storytelling, turning data into insight!
Responsibility wise, you’ll manage everything post onboarding and work closely with the senior team and/or sales function when it comes to the heavier commercial conversations (contract renewals and account growth). You’ll have accountability, but be fully supported to deliver!
