Job Title: Concierge at Plymouth Domestic Abuse Services

Pay Rate: £12.39 per hour (effective 1st April)

Hours: 8 hours per week, fixed shift on Saturday from 7pm to 3am

Role Overview

The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact, managing customer queries, building relationships, handling emergencies, organizing social activities, and ensuring safety and security within the service.

• Providing excellent customer service
• Organizing social activities
• Performing health and safety checks, including fire safety
• Maintaining security of the premises
• Updating customer records
