Job description

The Bosch UK & Ireland Regional HR Team based in Denham has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated high achiever to join as an HRIT Pensions and Benefits Specialist.

In this role, you will work closely with our HR teams across the Region, our HR Service Centre in Budapest, external pension partners, and associates.

This is a busy, varied role with potential to evolve based on business needs and your skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Act as a Pension Specialist for UK & Ireland, overseeing DB and DC schemes, ensuring compliance with Auto-Enrolment legislation.
  2. Manage the operation and administration of Bosch pension schemes, including reporting, liaising with third-party providers, and supporting audits and queries.
  3. Facilitate communication and engagement with associates regarding pensions, reviewing policies and procedures regularly.
  4. Handle other compensation, rewards, and benefits projects as required.
  5. Lead the regional rollout of HRIT system and process changes, including PMI activities and onboarding new companies onto Bosch systems.
  6. Coordinate new HR projects, concepts, and topics into UK & Ireland via HRL teams.
  7. Conduct ISP checks and lead audit preparation activities.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Working knowledge of pensions.
  • Strong IT skills, especially SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to a broad stakeholder base.
  • Ability to own topics, make recommendations, and independently make decisions.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects and implementing new concepts.
