Liberty Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a client to recruit a Head of HR. This full-time, permanent role is based in Camden and offers a salary of circa £50k, depending on experience.
Reporting to a Regional Director, this role is highly varied, with no two days being the same.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently are essential. A CIPD qualification is preferred, but relevant experience and knowledge of HR legislation, including Recruitment, Immigration, Disciplinary, Grievance, Capability, Working Time Directive, and Learning & Development, are the main focus.
The role is primarily office-based with approximately two days of travel to other sites per week.
