Store Manager Role at Our Convenience Stores

To be a great Store Manager, retail experience is not necessarily required. If you are a leader who can inspire your team to delight customers daily, analyze reports and data, and turn insights into actionable improvements that your team understands and supports, then this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

While your team of Customer and Trading Managers will handle shifts and daily operations, you will have ultimate control over store performance. You will be a visible leader — identifying, solving, and anticipating issues to ensure smooth operations.

You will ensure safety and legal compliance for customers and staff. Developing your team’s talent to prepare them for management roles and beyond will also be key.

Dual Store Management

In some cases, you may manage two stores simultaneously, dividing your time and staying informed about both locations.

You can lead and inspire a large team to improve customer experiences. You are proactive on the shop floor, motivating your team and maintaining visibility as a leader.

You will leverage valuable data to analyze trends, translate insights into actionable activities, and prioritize initiatives that add the most value. You will also be equipped with the latest technology, such as handheld devices, to stay mobile and effective.
