Prosecutions Lawyer - Cornwall

Salary: £42,650 - £46,780

Role Overview
  1. Following an initial training period, you will spend 60-80% of your time in court prosecuting a wide range of offences, utilizing your varied skill set to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. The remaining time will be dedicated to case preparation.
Training and Development

A combination of induction training, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching makes this career accessible to lawyers considering a change in direction.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A genuine interest in criminal prosecutions.
  • Qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales.
  • Experience in contentious law is preferable but not essential; candidates from all disciplines with a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
