Established over 100 years ago, this company supplies their specialist vehicles for clients all over the world. They are consistently investing back into the company and expanding their offices across the UK, and as a result of recent success, they are now looking to expand their team to drive future growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for organisation the plant and site maintenance, coordinating with operations and contractors to schedule repairs and servicing. Key responsibilities include ensuring department procedures are followed, risk assessments, contractor inductions, and preventative maintenance, all while adhering to health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance coordinator or inspector position within an engineering / manufacturing environment, ideally working with plant equipment. You should also have strong HSE knowledge and excellent IT / MS Office skills.

The Role:
*Organise site and plant maintenance activities
*Manage contractor compliance with safety and environmental regulations
*Maintain regulatory records and prepare for audits
*Conduct safety inductions and risk assessments
*Oversee preventative maintenance and asset inventory
*Ensure machinery safety and coordinate equipment maintenance
The Person:
*Experience in a similar coordinator / inspector position
*Good health and safety knowledge
*Understanding of mechanical / electrical concepts
*Ideally a plant / facilities background
*Computer literate with strong MS Office experience
