Architectural Practice - AP Manager Role - £50k+

Your new company
A chance to join an international architectural practice based in London. They are recognised as leaders in their field and are looking for an AP Manager to oversee their Accounts Payable function.

Your new role

• Managing supplier accounts, accounts reconciliations, dealing with queries - 3,000 accounts, not all of them active
• Month-end bank recs
• Supporting with overseas VAT returns
• PL revaluations, month-end close
• Dealing with company bank accounts
• Overseeing the approval of payment runs - UK BACS runs, international runs - 1 weekly UK, 1 international weekly
• High volume of invoices / queries
• 3x direct reports into this position - need management experience
• HMRC reports

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of managing the AP function
• Experience of managing AP Assistants
• International / Multi-currency experience preferable
