A leading company in the UK seeks a Change Management Lead to drive cultural and operational changes. This role involves leading teams, overseeing strategic projects, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work with executive stakeholders.
Work with the Executive Team, Senior Managers, and Function Heads to identify and drive cultural, behavioural, and operational changes in support of Asta's business model and strategy.
Identify operating model challenges, analyze proposed solutions, develop business cases, and recommend improvements to the Executive Team.
Lead the Business Change team, ensuring clear goals, high-quality work, and positive contributions. Foster an inclusive environment and provide development opportunities for team members.
Design and operate Asta’s Change Management Framework, ensuring strategic projects have a clear business case, align with strategy, and are properly governed.
Oversee delivery of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and realize intended benefits. Report progress, risks, and issues to committees and boards.
Apply change management techniques to promote adoption of new initiatives.
Promote awareness of technology solutions, collaborate with IT to gather requirements, assess suitability, and support implementation.
Encourage operational excellence and innovation, fostering efficiencies and process improvements across the business.
Assist the Operations Director with departmental activities.
