Customer Service Assistant 8104 | Permanent contract | £12.84 to £13.05 per hour (Scale D) | 2x 37 and 1x 18.5 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

Our Customer Service Centre is proud to hold the nationally recognised Customer Service Excellence Award. It aims to become the best performing council in the country for customer service. We are seeking highly motivated, process-oriented individuals to join our expanding team.

If you have a customer service or administrative background, you understand what makes for a great customer experience – excellent communication skills and a desire to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.

The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining office-based and remote work from home. Candidates should have reliable broadband connectivity and be able to work privately.

We Are Looking For People Who
  • Have experience delivering excellent customer service and administration
