A global leader in biotechnology and diagnostics for medicines and diagnostic tools is looking for a 3-month temporary Customer Service Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in IT or a recent graduate.
Your new role
You will provide onsite support to over 2,000 end users face-to-face. You should have experience using ITSM systems to log and track incidents, working within SLA guidelines. You will communicate with customers, resolve inquiries and issues, and identify recurring problems to relevant teams or departments.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have good problem-solving skills and be able to provide suitable resolutions to IT queries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you should be confident working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is not required, but confidence in IT and customer interaction is necessary.
What you'll get in return
This is a fully office-based role in Crawley, paying between £15-£17 per hour. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. The contract is initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension to 6 months.
