This role is ideal for someone with a professional finance qualification who enjoys working across geographies and business units to deliver cost-effective, value-driven property strategies.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within Aviva’s Group Property team, working on high-profile projects where you will play a key part in shaping our global property portfolio strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering financially sound location strategies across the UK, Ireland, Canada, and Aviva Investors’ overseas offices. From early-stage M&A involvement to supporting major organisational change, you’ll provide financial insight and strategic recommendations that ensure our property decisions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)- highly commercial, strong influencing and negotiation skills and used to C - suite interaction
Experience in strategic planning (business goal setting, plans to achieve, success factors)
Scenario modelling/Cost & Benefit Analysis to aid decision-making, identification of benefits streams and their measurement.
Significant report writing, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
