Typical Day
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
  • Handle emails, calls, and face-to-face queries
  • Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks (if applicable)
  • Manage spa bookings and appointments
  • Assist guests with inquiries about services, treatments, and products
  • Process payments and manage reception area
  • Promote spa services, offers, and retail products
  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless service
  • Log visitors accurately, including contractors and guest passes
  • Complete all relevant training
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Passion for health, wellness, and customer service
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility
  • Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred experience includes working as a receptionist or in customer service within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in booking systems and basic computer skills is beneficial.
