Store Manager | £37,500 per year | Sunday - Thursday

We are London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel, and eat. Founded in 2021 by Florian and James, we started with one store and have expanded to six stores across London. Our passion extends beyond the quality of our food; we are committed to nurturing our staff and providing growth opportunities.

Role | Store Manager

• 45 hours per week | Sunday - Thursday
• Lead a team of 30-40 staff members
• Delegate tasks to supervisors to maintain standards during all opening hours
• Manage team morale and support career development
• Implement and improve service processes
• Maintain hygiene standards to ensure a 5* rating
• Enforce the use of current operating systems
• Assist in hiring and staff development
• Control P&L of the store
• Report issues and successes to management
• Celebrate staff achievements
• Ensure proper store maintenance
• Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards
