We’re hiring a Buy-Side Account Manager to join a global fintech leader powering investor intelligence, workflow tools, and capital markets engagement across the financial ecosystem. Their award-winning platform is trusted by the world’s largest investment managers, asset owners, and hedge funds—providing critical insight and connectivity between issuers, investors, and banks.

This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role for someone who understands the needs of buy-side clients and is excited to work across the full capital markets value chain.

? The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships across the buy-side client base—from global asset managers to boutique funds—while identifying and closing new business opportunities. This is a hands-on, commercial role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident building deep relationships with investor relations teams, portfolio managers, and capital markets desks.

? Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of buy-side accounts across EMEA
  • Drive new client acquisition across asset managers, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships within IR, research, and capital markets teams
  • Position value across investor engagement, intelligence, and market analytics solutions
  • Partner with internal product and data teams to deliver customised solutions

? Ideal Profile

  • Strong experience in buy-side client management, investor relations SaaS, market intelligence, or capital markets technology
  • Proven track record in new business development and upsell, not just account maintenance
  • Understanding of how investment firms interact with capital markets platforms, data, and investor workflows
  • Comfortable working with front-office teams and strategic stakeholders across the buy-side
  • Experience from a firm offering data or technology solutions to institutional investors is highly valued
  • £150K base + 50–75% bonus + equity participation
