You will deliver high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to meet customer needs. Working closely with the store management team, you will inspire and support your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.

We have a part-time Supervisor position at Pavers in Hornsea Garden Centre, working 16 hours per week.

Good availability is required, as the role includes a mix of weekend and weekday shifts.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

• £12.10 per hour, increasing to £12.35 after completing the retail induction stages
