Location: Remote in Massachusetts
CET is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (internally called a Program Consultant) for our energy efficiency programs. In this entry-level role, you will provide expertise, planning, and assistance to customers aiming to reduce costs and improve environmental performance. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will excel at communication, establishing rapport with customers, clients, business owners, vendors, and coworkers via phone, email, and meetings.
The ideal candidate has familiarity with energy efficiency programs and/or experience with income-based programs for homeowners and renters. The role involves working independently and collaboratively with other team members to complete deliverables, drive existing programs, and onboard new ones.
For nearly 50 years, CET has helped people and businesses save energy and reduce waste. We partner with city and state agencies, utilities, homeowners, and business owners across the U.S. to promote a just and equitable transition to a low-carbon economy. With evolving climate policies, utility programs are adapting to meet carbon reduction goals. Our Customer Support Specialists are key in helping customers navigate incentive programs and implement electrification and energy measures.
