Position: General Manager | Full Time

The Role: As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
  • Provide outstanding training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining high standards and empowering your team.
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting, inventory, labour, and strategic marketing, using data to inform decisions.
