The Construction Manager Role

• Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be a strong leader managing engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver the project with the highest safety and performance standards. You will ensure technical compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Focusing on Site Establishment, you will monitor the programme, assess risks and opportunities daily, and collaborate with the project planner and team across design, procurement, and construction activities.

Your Profile

• Strong leadership skills
• Good knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards
• Familiarity with construction software packages
