About the Role
As a Construction Manager / Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of major projects in sectors such as Build to Rent (BTR), student accommodation, and education. Your expertise will ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while driving innovation and best practices on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping clients and teams aligned.
Develop & implement project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues proactively.
Promote safety, quality, and innovation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Lead & motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Manage contract costs, ensuring financial efficiency.
Represent GRAHAM positively, promoting our brand wherever possible.
What We're Looking For
Proven Project Management experience in construction.
Expertise in Build to Rent (BTR), student accommodation, or education projects.
