Responsible for managing the delivery of specific areas or work packages on projects, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Programme. Works as part of the Construction Delivery team, building and managing relationships with Trade/Sub Contractors, internal and external colleagues, and stakeholders.

Responsible for the structure and/or fit-out of specific areas or packages, including site conditions, programme, quality, and safety standards.
Liaises with and takes direction from Project Package Managers regarding programme and critical path works in your area.
Leads forecast Lookahead Meetings for your area or package, working with the Package Manager.
Provides detailed Planned Vs Actual data for all works, knowing when to escalate deviations to Construction Leadership.
Familiar with Project Digital Strategy and construction information sources.
Manages close-out processes, understanding all relevant QAQC Plans, ITPs, and handover procedures.
Develops effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilizes the Centre of Excellence (CoE) knowledge base and best practices.
Promotes business priorities through Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and responsible business practices.
Works collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.

You’ll need to have:
Knowledge of construction methodologies, especially Structural/Facade/Fit Out disciplines.
Familiarity with Method Statement processes and digital platforms.
Understanding of Mace systems and standards.
Proven experience managing small packages or areas of work onsite.
Experience managing projects from start to finish.
Knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing standards.

Awareness of construction innovation and best practices.

Managerial CSCS Card, SMSTS certification.
You’ll also have:
Basic understanding of programmes, critical paths, and commissioning strategies.
Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
