Position: District Nurse

As an experienced District Nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients within the local community. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting home visits to assess patients' health needs
2. Providing skilled nursing care
3. Administering medications

5. Offering support and education to patients and their families
