JOB SUMMARY

Serves as the property Manager on Duty, overseeing all property operations during the overnight shift, ensuring high standards. The Assistant Night Manager will also:

• Represent property management in resolving guest or property-related issues.
• Assist in resolving issues and completing tasks.
• Have a strong background in hotel night front-of-house roles with a passion for creating memorable moments, attention to detail, and personalized guest service.
• Provide services that meet and exceed guest expectations, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Enhance service quality across departments through communication, guidance, feedback, and coaching. Develop goals and plans to organize and achieve work.
• Assist Front Office Manager and Night Manager to ensure smooth department operations.
• Anticipate guest needs to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
• Adhere to departmental standards and SOPs.
• Follow correct billing procedures with minimal adjustments, monitor guest credit limits, and ensure valid payment methods.
• Complete daily audit checks, follow up on discrepancies.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and implement systems to minimize disruptions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

OR

• 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services or related area.
