Main activities:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join and support an international organization that is growing in the UK.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Source, attract, and engage top-quality candidates for our clients’ opportunities
- Identify exceptional prospects and present the best candidates to clients
- Prepare job descriptions and person specifications
- Post job offers online
- Review applications and shortlist candidates
- Arrange interviews
- Conduct job interviews (face-to-face/Skype) and provide feedback
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offers
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on planning strategies and managing long-term resource requirements
- Create strong relationships with a range of partners (schools, universities, job centres, etc.)
- Develop new recruitment methods
- Conduct security checks on all new starters
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Work with HR to plan strategies and update HR policies and procedures
- Maintain a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and sociable attitude
- Handle administrative management of employees (leave management, hour records, etc.)
- Manage monthly salary reporting and coordinate with the finance department
- Keep SharePoint up to date
- Manage visa applications and extensions
- Track probation periods and contract extensions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant recruitment experience, ideally within engineering and/or the nuclear sector
- Strong HR understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasive, engaging, and self-motivated
