Job summary

Aspire Housing is seeking a dedicated individual to join their HOME in-house scheduling team. This role involves coordinating and scheduling work for colleagues while ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in building maintenance scheduling and a passion for improving customer outcomes. This role supports our in-house team, surveyors, service, and trade colleagues by providing scheduling support.

By taking responsibility for customer issues, meeting service targets, and ensuring timely, customer-focused resolutions, you will efficiently coordinate and schedule work for our colleagues, delivering positive outcomes for customers.

You will need to organize and prioritize your workload to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.

As we continually seek smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working through our systems and processes, being adaptable to change, collaborating with others, and aiming to improve the lives of our diverse customers are essential qualities.

Experience scheduling work within the building maintenance industry, particularly related to maintaining and improving our 9000 homes, would be ideal.
