Job Title: Lean Six Sigma - Change Consultant (M&A / HR Shared Services)
We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit a highly skilled and results-driven Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Analyst to support transformational M&A and operational movement projects. This role will focus on transitioning business operations and HR Shared Services to low-cost delivery locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to analyse and optimise business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements to support M&A integration and operational transitions.
- Work closely with the Transition Project Manager to define, assess, and implement best-in-class operational processes during M&A and the movement of HR Shared Services to low-cost countries.
- Analyse existing processes and use Lean Six Sigma tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify potential risks in processes and propose solutions, ensuring continuous monitoring and optimization to maintain operational excellence post-transition.
- Support change management initiatives by training teams and stakeholders on newly optimised processes, ensuring effective adoption and knowledge transfer across global teams.
- Develop and implement metrics to track the success of transition programs, aligning KPIs with strategic objectives for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with significant experience in large-scale M&A, HR, or operational transformation projects.
- Strong background in process optimisation, data analysis, and continuous improvement in fast-paced, global environments.
- Experience supporting HR Shared Services design and implementation is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive change and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Opportunity to work with a top-tier global consultancy on a high-profile strategic program with C-level visibility.
- Autonomy and influence in shaping future operating models.
This is a senior-level role requiring executive presence and gravitas.
