Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to join our group of leading independent schools. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, this role will be pivotal in developing and executing the strategic marketing plan and supporting the Admissions teams across the schools in the Group. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, attracting prospective families, and engaging stakeholders, particularly at Kingshott School and St Josephs In The Park.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of one, overseeing the management of individual school brands and supporting the overarching Mill Hill Education Group brand.
  2. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, reflecting the schools' propositions, values, and brand guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with central marketing specialists in design, content, and digital marketing to execute the marketing plan.
  4. Prioritize, multitask, and work methodically while remaining calm under pressure.
  5. Communicate effectively, demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and openness to new ideas.
  6. Work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in marketing within an educational setting is desirable.
