If so, we have an opportunity for a Retail Property Coordinator to join our Retail Support team.
The Impact you will have in this role is:
- Property opportunities identified and contracts managed in partnership with Operations Director and Retail MD
- Retail units sourced and developed, assisted by Landlords, Property Agents, and Lawyers
- Internal and external parties liaised with, managing contract terms, lease dates, Heads of Terms, and necessary changes with P&L adherence
- Shop and concessions refits & store changes project managed in coordination with concession and retail operational managers
- Appropriate maintenance and shop fits coordinated—identified through store feedback and visits
- Timelines set and agreed, stakeholders identified and involved from start to finish
- Issues or delays identified, with solutions found to suit all parties
- Information communicated effectively with relevant individuals as needed
- Existing portfolio of stores and concessions managed with the team
- Store openings and closures managed in partnership with Retail Operations and Concessions Development Managers, minimizing operational downtime
- Facilities management overseen, ensuring properties meet brand standards, security, and customer experience expectations
- Sustainability initiatives implemented, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals
- Property-related disputes and issues handled to minimize business risk
As our future Retail Property Coordinator, you will have:
- Strong administrative experience
- Previous experience managing and leading negotiations to achieve desired outcomes
- Confident communication skills
- A strong negotiator
- Ability to hold your own in challenging conversations
- Numerate
- Team player
- Proven budget management experience
- Competence using Microsoft Office
- Understanding of GDPR regulations
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
