Purpose of the Role:

You will be a true Brand Ambassador, engaging with a broad range of customers. You will promote customer service excellence, managing the customer’s journey and experience in-store to encourage repeat visits. You will be hardworking, dedicated, and quick to identify customer needs, offering engaging styling options. Your commitment to exceeding expectations will support store KPIs and overall performance through personal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, greeting, listening, and confidently offering bespoke advice in a professional, passionate manner.
  • Maximize sales and service goals by seizing every opportunity, elevating interactions, and contributing to business KPIs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across all services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and proactively enhance the customer experience.
  • Identify external opportunities to improve store performance and customer service based on feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
  • Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to stock & cash control procedures to minimize losses.
  • Follow the Appointment process using the designated platform, ensuring customers are contacted prior to their visit and information is recorded accurately.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Technical Skills:

  • Basic Product Knowledge: understanding features, benefits, and available products.
  • POS Systems: familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
