Dedicated solely to Graduate students and Fellows, St Cross is characterised by an intellectually vibrant and truly international community. One of Oxford’s youngest colleges, St Cross prides itself on its friendly community filled with inter disciplinary academic excellence.

We are now looking for a Domestic Bursar/Director of Operations who will be at the forefront of delivering an environment in which our students and Fellows can thrive. This is an exciting time to join St Cross, as we launch our 2025-28 strategy, with clear aspirations to enhance our College, and what we can deliver for all St Crossers. We’re looking for someone who wants to take on the challenge of enhancing our spaces and developing our estate – from increasing our student social and study spaces to reducing our carbon footprint; strengthening our community through events and bringing people together through warm hospitality, and someone who will empower staff to deliver the very best experience for all at St Cross. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience at strategic and operational level; excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to putting the College community at the heart of all we do.
