HIGHLY CREATIVE SCENIC BUILD PROJECTS - This is a unique opportunity to join a highly creative production company that specialises in the design and build of bespoke projects for a range of clients and brands!

THE COMPANY

Whether it's an ice cave, festival activation, exhibition or something in between, this team has been there and made it happen. Working across complex and technologically advanced events and installations, this exciting agency collaborates with some of the world's biggest brands.

With in-house creative, onsite workshop, and a team of production specialists, they work directly with international clients and events agencies, taking each project from concept to onsite delivery. Working with high-profile brands and handling challenging projects ensures that no two days are the same!

THE ROLE

This integral role involves operational management across key departments, ensuring smooth and efficient company operations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing operational strategies
  2. Leading and managing cross-functional teams
  3. Monitoring and evaluating operational processes
  4. Establishing policies aligned with the company's vision
  5. Managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
  6. Implementing new technology solutions for efficiency
  7. Mentoring and developing leadership within the company

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants must have proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within scenic build projects. A strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and production is essential, along with experience in implementing process changes to drive organizational improvement.
