About The Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of GSF Car Parts, delivering parts to customers and ensuring timely and high-quality service. You will support the branch by covering holidays and absences, contributing to the overall success of the organization, and promoting our brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Giving feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in warehouse tasks as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries when required

Working Hours

Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch coverage needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of high customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
