About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They give customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Deliver products to customers within a specified radius.
2. Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity.
4. Load your vehicle according to procedures.
5. Collect customer returns as required.
6. Perform vehicle maintenance, including daily checks.
7. Assist in the warehouse as needed.
8. Support inter-branch transfer deliveries when necessary.

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch coverage.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points.
2. Excellent knowledge of the branch's mile radius.
3. Previous delivery driver experience.
4. Understanding of high standards of customer service.
5. Ability to meet deadlines and good time management.
6. Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile.
