About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer customer feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

Main Duties Include

• Delivering products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
• Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Performing vehicle maintenance, including daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse when needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working Hours

Up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch coverage.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Good knowledge of a 40-mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
