ATCS Land Development (Site/Civil) Project Manager

ATCS is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Land Development (Site/Civil) Project Manager to join our team in Largo, MD. The organization offers a hybrid work environment, with a few days per week required onsite.

This is an exciting opportunity to support and play a critical role in our Largo operations. The role requires a flexible mindset and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude with progressively increasing management capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development opportunities to the project team
  2. Driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget
  3. Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
  4. Negotiating scopes and fees, billing, and collections
  5. Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communication
  6. Directing and facilitating the completion of diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development
About You:
  • You hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
  • You hold professional registration (P.E.) in Virginia, DC, and/or Maryland
  • You have 5 - 15 years of land development design experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on Project Management experience is a plus
  • You are a self-starter eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You have strong relationships with developers, attorneys, land planners, and architects
  • You are well-versed in state and municipal design and development processes
  • You interact effectively with municipal approval authorities
  • You are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D and SWM H&H Routing/Modeling
  • Experience in Virginia, DC, and/or Maryland, especially Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, or Montgomery Counties, is preferred

Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000 to $132,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, targeting 2% of the employee's annual salary. Additionally, ATCS provides outstanding, employee-focused benefits, including:
