The Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Projects Manager to support our Eastern Hemisphere region. This senior role reports to the VP of Project Management & Controls and will oversee Project Engineers and Managers across different regions. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects on and offshore, ensuring alignment, delivery, and resource requirements, and providing leadership, mentorship, and coordination.

• Manage project objectives, scope, KPIs, deliverables, and status effectively.
• Plan and forecast project portfolios for resource management and strategic planning.
• Accurately forecast revenue, gross profit, and margins.
• Maintain the accuracy of the business forecasting tool (BFT).
• Manage risks and opportunities, review risk registers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Interface with commercial and finance teams on invoicing and DSO performance.
• Conduct self-verification and audits to ensure compliance.

The Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex projects in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors, with strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation. A strong commercial acumen and experience managing field execution are essential. Candidates should hold a Project Management qualification and experience with tools like PRINCE2.
