A leading organization in the East Midlands is seeking a Systems Administrator to support key business software applications. This twelve-month fixed-term role involves acting as a liaison during implementation, ensuring efficient application function, and providing training and support to staff. This role is offered as a twelve-month fixed-term salaried contract. The purpose of the role is to ensure that key line-of-business software applications function efficiently, are continuously improved, and that staff members are well trained and supported to ensure high performance.
Your day-to-day activities will include acting as implementation liaison, systems maintenance, help desk support, data analysis and reporting, acting as a subject matter expert, training and mentoring, documentation, process and systems enhancements, and engaging with third-party suppliers.
As an individual, you will be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

This role is primarily office-based, with travel to the East Midlands office approximately 2-3 times a week.
