We are looking for a dynamic and driven General Sales Manager to lead our Sales team at our Porsche dealership in Newcastle. Reporting to the Head of Business, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver the highest level of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Business in developing and implementing customer and colleague journey strategies, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Maximise sales volume and profitability of new and used cars, finance, and insurance products.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to improve performance and behaviour while delivering results.
  • Set and aim to exceed site and departmental objectives.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service within the Sales department and dealership.
  • Promote a high-performance and excellence-driven team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading high-performing teams to achieve results.
  • Customer-centric approach, striving to exceed customer expectations and foster continuous improvement.
  • Interest or experience in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of current motor industry practices is desirable.
  • Ambition to excel and a drive for excellence.
  • Attention to detail and high standards.
  • Valid driving license with no excessive penalties.
