The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business growth by securing high-value, complex software deals with large-scale enterprise clients.

This role focuses on expanding our presence in Europe and Africa, targeting organizations with multi-billion-pound revenues and sophisticated technology infrastructures.

With a strategic, relationship-driven approach, you will engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders, navigating complex decision-making structures and ensuring long-term partnerships. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to lead major software sales, with deals often reaching £10M+ TCV and spanning multiple years.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development – Identify, engage, and secure enterprise clients outside the UK & Ireland, focusing on Europe and Africa.

Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.

Enterprise Sales Leadership – Lead bid processes, structuring high-value, complex pricing models and delivering strategic proposals.

Collaboration & Team Leadership – Work closely with solution architects, professional services teams, and senior leadership to ensure seamless delivery.

Revenue & P&L Ownership – Take full accountability for licensing revenue, services margin, and customer satisfaction.

Consultative Approach – Drive value-based conversations, leveraging expertise in CRM, digital transformation, billing, and credit solutions.

Market Expansion – Support business growth by opening new regions and establishing a strong presence in new markets.

Innovation & Thought Leadership – Provide insights into industry trends, cloud-based architectures, and next-generation software solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Track Record: Experience leading £10M+ TCV enterprise software deals, ideally within utilities, energy, retail distribution, or water sectors.

Strategic Thinker: Deep understanding of complex B2B sales, CRM, digital transformation, and enterprise software solutions.

Market Expansion Expertise: Experience entering new regions and expanding business into international markets.

Strong Leadership & Influence: Ability to mentor teams, lead cross-functional bid efforts, and drive high-impact engagements.

Relationship-Driven Approach: Skilled in navigating complex organizational structures and building trusted partnerships.

Resilience & Tenacity: Demonstrates perseverance in long-cycle, high-stakes enterprise sales environments.

Tech & Cloud Savvy: Understanding of modern cloud architecture, SaaS, and digital transformation trends.

Consultative & Customer-Centric: Experience working with C-level executives to align technology with business objectives.

Highly Collaborative: Works seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, consulting, and product management.
