Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the import and export of goods across international locations.
• Coordinate collections with transport companies and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Track shipments, manage invoicing, and handle pre-alerts from overseas offices.
• Prepare and process Customs entries as needed.
• Oversee shipments from start to finish.
• Handle job costing and invoicing.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 2 years’ experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company.
• Expertise in handling air, road, or sea freight imports/exports.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
