The Role:

• Act as the bridge between front of house and kitchen, helping to maintain the flow of service.
• Support the runners by providing clear instructions on tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and handling challenges professionally.
• Demonstrate passion for customer service to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Support your team to foster a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Use personable skills to respond effectively to different situations and customer needs.
• Show a desire to advance your career and learn new skills.
• All expeditors will start on a training rate tronc; upon successful training completion, the rate will increase.
