We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join a manufacturing client based in Grantham. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the HR function by ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Assist with the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  3. Support the HR team with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and preparing contracts.
  4. Manage HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and correspondence.
