The Opportunity

12-month FTC

This key role bridges our Development Chefs and NPD Team with internal stakeholders and customers. You’ll ensure recipes meet taste, technical, cost, and internal standards from concept to launch, supporting the development journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development activities for product submissions, panels, and reviews.
• Facilitate NPD meetings and feasibility sessions.
• Ensure customer concepts are costed, margin-checked, and approved.
• Act as the main contact across departments.
• Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings.
• Deputise for the NPD Manager when needed, including leading customer presentations.

The Ideal Candidate

• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing or retail NPD.
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of NPD processes and manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Recipe Professor.
