Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 + Electric Company Car + Commission

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Aberdeen site, covering the North of Scotland, including the Aberdeen, Dundee & Stirling, and Inverness offices.
The role of Commercial Manager is a hands-on, results-focused managerial position that requires a drive to deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate our Company values.
Leading and developing the performance of the commercial teams in the region, this role will promote the Company's hire business, including our full range of products and services, ensuring adherence to the Division's Customer Charter. The key focus is on order-winning activities.
Working alongside operations teams, the role holder will foster an environment of effective people development, teamwork, and communication.
As part of the commercial management team, you will work closely with the Regional Commercial Manager to shape, promote, and drive improvements across all areas of work-winning activity and departmental communication.
